CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
At Salon Bellus, we understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge of the service for which you were scheduled. If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% for the service missed. If you show up to an appointment up to 15 minutes late, you may be asked to alter the services or reschedule the appointment. We appreciate your business and understanding.
In the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we allow up to 7 business days for you to contact the salon for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider. If you wish to see a different service provider, please contact our management team at .
