CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Credit card required upon booking for new clients and clients with a no show history. Your card will only be charged 50% of the scheduled service if you no show your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointment cancellation policy:
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. If any appointment is missed on the day it is scheduled or if you fail to cancel within 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% the day of your scheduled appointment”
We appreciate your business and understanding.
We do allow a 15 min wait time if you are running late for your appointment. Depending on your stylists schedule, you may be asked to alter or reschedule the services your are scheduled for if your arrival exceeds 15 min.
In the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we allow up to 7 business days for you to contact the salon for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider. If you wish to see a different service provider, please contact our management team at email@example.com .
Exchanges on hair care products can be made up to 14 days after purchase at equal or greater value. No exchanges or refunds available for makeup.
We ask that each child in the salon 12 years of age or younger please be attended by an adult. If the adult is also receiving a service, please make other arrangements for your child.
