CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
At Salon Bellus, we understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling your appointment. We are now operating on an appointment only basis and will require additional time to fill in any canceled appointments. If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged $25 for a missed haircut appointment, and $50 for a missed color appointment. If you show up to an appointment up to 15 minutes late, you may be asked to alter the services or reschedule the appointment. We appreciate your business and understanding.
In the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we allow up to 7 business days for you to contact the salon for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider. If you wish to see a different service provider, please contact our management team at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Exchanges on hair care products can be made up to 14 days after purchase at equal or greater value. No exchanges available for makeup.
