Policy

If a client is dissatisfied with a haircut or color service, please return to the salon within 7 days of the original appointment date to make an adjustment for no additional charge.
After three no show appointments OR non cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, a credit card will be required upon booking. From there on, 40% of your service total booked will be charged with any no show OR non 24 hour cancellation.
